Installation Notes
- Use only the provided power supply cable with the Unibox.
- Do not place the product on an unstable surface.
- Connect all other cables before plugging the power supply cable into the power outlet.
- Avoid overloading outlets or extension cords.
- Replace frayed power cords immediately.
- Keep the power supply accessible for disconnection.
- Ensure all cables are securely connected.
- Keep the device away from moisture and extreme conditions.
Usage Notes
- Keep liquids away from the box.
- Clean only with dry or damp cloth.
- Disconnect from power if unused for long periods.
- Avoid placing it near heat sources or open flames.
- Do not attempt to open the device or its power supply.

The remote control includes tactile bumps on the number 5 key and directional pad center button for ease of use by touch.

Bluetooth Pairing
To pair your remote with the Unibox:
- Press the pairing button on top of the Unibox
- Place the remote-control unit 25 cm from the device
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Channel Up buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds then release
- If pairing fails, ensure the Unibox is powered on and within 25 cm of the remote-control unit
System Connection
Important: Turn off all devices before making connections.
Step-by-Step Setup
- Connect to TV:
- Locate the HDMI port on your TV (usually labeled HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.)
- Connect the provided HDMI cable from the Unibox HDMI Output to your TV's HDMI input
- Note which HDMI port number you used
- Connect to Power:
- Plug the power adapter into the DC IN port on the Unibox rear panel
- Connect the power adapter to a wall outlet
- The box will power automatically (power indicator will turn green)
- Initial Setup:
- Turn on your TV and select the correct HDMI input source using your TV remote
- Follow the on-screen setup wizard instructions
- Use the remote's directional pad and Select button to navigate menus
- Connect to Network (choose one method):
For Wireless Connection (Wi-Fi):
- Navigate to Settings > System settings/ Network and internet> Wi-Fi using the remote
- Select your wireless network name from the list
- Enter your Wi-Fi password using the on-screen keyboard
- The Wi-Fi indicator will turn white when connected
For Wired Connection (Ethernet):
- Plug the network cable into the Ethernet port on the Unibox rear panel
- Connect the other end to your router or modem

Troubleshooting
No Display Issues
- Verify HDMI cable is securely connected to both Unibox and TV
- Confirm TV is set to correct HDMI input source
- Try a different HDMI port on your TV
- Check that TV is powered on and functioning with other devices
No Sound Issues
- Confirm TV volume is turned up and not muted
- Check TV audio settings (some TVs default to internal speakers)
- Test with different content to isolate the issue
Network Connection Issues
- For Wi-Fi: Check signal strength, verify password is correct
- For Ethernet: Verify cable is securely connected and not damaged
- Restart your router/modem by unplugging for 30 seconds
- Move Unibox closer to router if using Wi-Fi
Remote Control Issues
- Not Responding: Replace batteries, ensure correct polarity (+ and - alignment)
- Range Issues: Ensure clear line of sight within 4 m of Unibox
- Pairing problem: repeat the Bluetooth pairing procedure
- Check for interference from other wireless devices
Device Not Powering On
- Verify power adapter is securely connected to both wall outlet and Unibox
- Try a different power outlet

Battery Safety Warning
- Use only AAA alkaline or rechargeable batteries
- Do not replace batteries with incompatible types
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire or crush/puncture them

- Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or low-pressure environments
- If batteries leak, clean the battery compartment thoroughly before inserting new batteries

Product accessibility
Text to speech function
The product has embedded Text to speech function, and default set is Off.
Go to the “Home - Settings - System settings - Accessibility -Text to speech” or press the LEFT/RIGHT key to switch it on or off. To adjust volume, press the VOL+ or VOL- key. When the Text to speech function is on, the STB will read the content where the cursor stays.
Talk back function
The product has embedded Talk back function, and default set is Off.
Go to the “Home - Settings - System settings - Accessibility - Talkback (Screen reader)” or press the LEFT/RIGHT key to switch it on or off. To adjust the volume, press the VOL+ or VOL- key. When the Talk back function is on, the STB will read the content of focused UI element.
High contrast text function
The product has embedded High contrast text function, and default set is Off.
Go to the “Home - Settings - System settings - Accessibility - High contrast text” or press the LEFT/RIGHT key to switch it on or off.
Text scaling function
The product has embedded Text scaling function, and default set is Default i.e. scale to 100%. Go to the “Home - Settings - System settings - Display & Sound - Text scaling”. Select the desired text scaling option by pressing the UP/DOWN key.
Color correction function
The product has embedded Color correction function, and default set is Off. Go to the “Home - Settings - System settings - Accessibility - Color correction” or press the LEFT/RIGHT key to switch it on or off. Select the desired color correction option by pressing the UP/DOWN key.
Captions function
The product has embedded Captions function, and default set is Off. Go to “Home - Settings - System settings - Accessibility – Captions” or press the LEFT/RIGHT key to switch it on or off. Select the desired captions option by pressing the UP/DOWN key.
Audio description function
The product has embedded Audio description function, and default set is Off. Go to the “Home - Settings - System settings - Accessibility - Audio description” or press the LEFT/RIGHT key to switch it on or off.

Special Note
There are no physical/virtual keyboard interfaces, third-party software downloads are not supported, and all functions can be easily operated through accessibility mode.
