Installation Notes

- Ensure all cables are securely connected.

Bluetooth Pairing (Auto Mode)
To pair your remote with the EON Box:
- Press and hold Volume Up and Channel Up buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds
- Release when you see a pairing confirmation on screen or hear an audio confirmation
- If pairing fails, ensure the EON Box is powered on and within 3 feet of the remote
System Connection
Important: Turn off all devices before making connections.
Step-by-Step Setup
- Connect to TV:
- Locate the HDMI port on your TV (usually labeled HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.)
- Connect the provided HDMI cable from the EON Box HDMI Output to your TV's HDMI input
- Note which HDMI port number you used
- Connect to Power:
- Plug the power adapter into the DC IN port on the EON Box rear panel
- Connect the power adapter to a wall outlet
- The box will power automatically (power indicator will turn blue)
- Initial Setup:
- Turn on your TV and select the correct HDMI input source using your TV remote
- Follow the on-screen setup wizard instructions
- Use the EON remote's directional pad and Select button to navigate menus
- Connect to Network (choose one method):
For Wired Connection (Ethernet):
- Plug the network cable into the Ethernet port on the EON Box rear panel
- Connect the other end to your router or modem
- The LAN indicator light will turn on when connected
For Wireless Connection (Wi-Fi):
- Navigate to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi using the remote
- Select your wireless network name from the list
- Enter your Wi-Fi password using the on-screen keyboard
- The WiFi indicator will turn on when connected

Troubleshooting
No Display Issues
- Verify HDMI cable is securely connected to both EON Box and TV
- Confirm TV is set to correct HDMI input source
- Try a different HDMI port on your TV
- Check that TV is powered on and functioning with other devices
No Sound Issues
- Confirm TV volume is turned up and not muted
- Check TV audio settings (some TVs default to internal speakers)
- If using external audio system, verify S/PDIF optical connection
- Test with different content to isolate the issue
Network Connection Issues
- For Ethernet: Verify cable is securely connected and not damaged
- For Wi-Fi: Check signal strength, verify password is correct
- Restart your router/modem by unplugging for 30 seconds
- Move EON Box closer to router if using Wi-Fi
Remote Control Issues
- Not Responding: Replace batteries, ensure correct polarity (+ and - alignment)
- Range Issues: Ensure clear line of sight within 15 feet of EON Box
- Pairing Problems: Navigate to Settings > Remote > Unpair, then re-pair using Bluetooth instructions above
- Check for interference from other wireless devices
Device Not Powering On
- Verify power adapter is securely connected to both wall outlet and EON Box
- Try a different power outlet
- Check that power adapter LED light is on
- If the device still won't start, press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds

Battery Safety Warning

- Do not replace batteries with incompatible types

- Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or low-pressure environments
- If batteries leak, clean the battery compartment thoroughly before inserting new batteries
