At the UC we have a leadership program for recognized experts who are willing to grow in this direction. 6 months program will give you support and the opportunity to learn and practice soft and leadership skills through training, coaching, mentoring, learning from other leaders, and 3 months of practice as a leader.

Training, seminars, conferences. On the job activities, where you will have the opportunity to learn from your own actions and mistakes, from cross-functional teams, and initiatives across different teams and departments. Exposure activities: where you will have the opportunity to have your own mentor, or shadow someone, or even participate in a job rotation program and work/learn something out of your expertise and grow in the desired direction.
