Your Responsibilities:
  • Participation in support and maintenance of current SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, GoalSetting, Performance Management, Learning, Time-off, Time-sheet, Analytics, Successes Planning, Development).
  • Setting the workflows according to procedures and processes and keeping system up to date according to any changes.
  • Implement the functionalities according to local legislation and regulation.
  • Conducting trainings about system for users and newcomers.
  • Writing instructions and creating small video guides for users about actions in the system. 
  • Cooperation with the IT department on solving all problems that may arise and adding new functionalities to HRIS.
  • Data entry into the system, including mass migration. 
  • Conducting contractual work with the provider.
  • Data analysis and reporting including creation of dashboards in HRIS.
  • Proactively proposing improvements and increasing the efficiency of the existing HRIS process.
  • Researching, solving and escalating problems in the work of HRIS itself.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in working with enterprise HR solutions (SuccessFactors will be considered as an advantage).
  • Understanding of HR processes. 
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel. 
  • Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Experience in a high-paced, large-scale environment. 
  • Result-oriented and self-directed person with sense of ownership. 
  • Outstanding teamwork, people-oriented attitude. 
  • Great communication and presentation skills. 
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
