💻 Your Responsibilities:
  • Leading integration project - creating rollout plan, identifying dependencies, leading communication with customers, supporting integration process and creating integration documentation.
  • Keeping track of latest feature releases, updating end users about new features and creating adequate documentation (training materials) for end users.
  • Defining and creating monitoring & alerting for integrated services performance and status; maintenance for all integrated services.
  • Managing solutions for customer satisfaction and product delivery.
  • Creating and maintaining technical and customer facing documentation on integrating software components.
  • Providing advanced support and facilitating meetings with customers and 3rd party vendors.
  • Proposing, planning and implementing further improvements based on the technology trends and in line with current business and engineering needs.
🔎 What we're looking for:
  • At least 5 years of experience in advanced-support / QA / DevOps or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in integrations and product delivery processes is preferable.
  • Hands-on experience in problem solving and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (such as Prometheus/Alerta).
  • Solid experience with CI/CD tools and concepts, Networking, Linux (Ubuntu), REST APIs and cloud technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python is preferable).
  • Team player and customer-oriented person.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
