💻 Your Responsibilities:
- Leading integration project - creating rollout plan, identifying dependencies, leading communication with customers, supporting integration process and creating integration documentation.
- Keeping track of latest feature releases, updating end users about new features and creating adequate documentation (training materials) for end users.
- Defining and creating monitoring & alerting for integrated services performance and status; maintenance for all integrated services.
- Managing solutions for customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- Creating and maintaining technical and customer facing documentation on integrating software components.
- Providing advanced support and facilitating meetings with customers and 3rd party vendors.
- Proposing, planning and implementing further improvements based on the technology trends and in line with current business and engineering needs.
🔎 What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in advanced-support / QA / DevOps or a similar role.
- Previous experience in integrations and product delivery processes is preferable.
- Hands-on experience in problem solving and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (such as Prometheus/Alerta).
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools and concepts, Networking, Linux (Ubuntu), REST APIs and cloud technologies.
- Solid knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python is preferable).
- Team player and customer-oriented person.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
