We are looking for a Digital Analyst to join our evolving Data Analytics team. The right candidate will have a history of digital media research and analysis experience. Being knowledgeable in both Social Media Analytics and Site/Media Analytics is key for success as keeping deliverables intuitive, concise, and packed with insights will be critical. Your passion should go beyond the numbers, recognizing and reporting about content performance and campaign success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reporting.
  • Drive understanding of Data Analytics practice through best practices sharing, maintaining weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and analysis processes.
  • Maintain and grow knowledge of additional tools that will allow the Analytics team to become more efficient and effective to scale.
  • Create reports about attendance for editors related to content and visitor behavior analyses for webmasters.

What we're looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in agency, digital, or startup environment working with digital media, social marketing/analytics, campaign reporting, ad ops, or media planning.
  • High level of proficiency, project experience and expertise in the following platforms: Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter Analytics, or such as Chartbeat.
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, decisive & expert level knowledge in the following applications: Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and programming (R, Python).
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Inquisitive mind, strong disposition to learn, and an exceptional team player.
