This role will lead all recruitment pipeline stages and take a role in establishing the new teams from scratch. You will lead sourcing strategy with freedom to explore and implement new approaches. Nevertheless, you will be a shaper of amazing candidate experience through friendly, appropriate, and timely communication with the talents.

What you'll have here:
In-house products: Working on products that we use every day and have millions of users. Some of them are your friends, neighbors, family members. We are our own clients. Our opinions and experiences are directly shaping the products that we design and create.
People: You will work with experts, community leaders and senior engineers who made these products from scratch. They will reveal to you how the whiteboard idea turns into a worldwide platform.
Internal learning sessions and innovation challenges: We are an innovation center primarily and you can be part of initiatives, research and focus groups… and don’t miss to take a place in innovation challenges and hackathons.
Tech stack: We are tech agnostic and programming languages are just a tool, but they can make our job easier if we choose the right tool for the job.
Engineering mindset: We are engineering our solutions from ground up using open-source tools and customizing them to our needs. We worry about performance, we analyze and observe our system. We are not throwing money at the problem, we actually care if things could be more optimal.

Own all recruitment pipeline stages from the initial contact to the offer and hiring stage.
Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, Meetup, Stack Overflow, etc.)
Partnering with hiring managers through all recruitment stages – understanding hiring needs, creating recruitment strategy, and raising properly all changes related to process.
Actively seeking new methods and channels to attract talents and implementing technology innovations in recruitment.
Proactively identify trends and changes in the hiring market and propose improvements in the recruitment process.
Providing the right assessments in the domain of culture and personality through the smooth interview process.
Being a shaper of amazing candidate experience through open communication and providing feedback in a timely manner.
Using external and internal channels to promote the right and equal opportunities.
Participating in employer branding activities and cooperation with a marketing team in building content for company sites and job portals; supporting organization or attending industry events – meetups, hackathons, conferences, fairs, community gatherings, etc.
What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in IT or technical full-cycle recruitment and/or talent sourcing.
Understanding technical requirements, technology trends and overall IT market.
Experience in a high-paced, large-scale environment.
Sense of ownership and solution-driven approach.
Outstanding teamwork, people-oriented attitude.
Great communication and presentation skills.
High proficiency in written and spoken English.
