We are seeking a Junior UX Researcher who is curious and full of ideas; constantly fascinated by what people really need and how we can create the right experience to give them. You will work with more experienced Design Researchers to define, manage and implement all aspects of research during the design lifecycle.

Work closely with the product team to identify research objectives.
Assist more experienced UX Researchers in developing a well-crafted research plan with clear research objectives
Recruit & schedule targeted end-users for specific research studies.
Observe and document one-on-one usability sessions.
Finding and creating highlist to illustrate research findings.
Help develop, implement and analyse quantitative surveys.
Extract insights about user behaviors from web instrumentation tools.
Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for the product team.
Present design research findings across design community.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor degree (Preferably psychology, sociology or andragogy or similar)
Entusiastic about learning and understanding best practices for conducting research (qualitative and quantitative) in user experience, product design, or technology contexts.
Knowledge and analytical skills that enable implementation of research results in practice.
Understanding the basic concepts of qualitative and quantitative research how to apply them in the context of user experience research.
Self-motivated and execution-oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence a range of audiences.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
Openness to receiving constructive feedback for further development and progress.
